1. Estimated Production and Delivery Times
- Custom Blinds: 4 to 5 weeks
- Custom Curtains: 6 to 8 weeks
These timeframes include the custom manufacturing of your products as well as their shipping.
These are estimated timelines based on our usual production times. While we make every effort to meet them, delays may occur—especially during peak periods—and STORESRABAIS cannot be held responsible for any delivery times exceeding the estimated timeframe provided.
2. Delivery and Tracking Number
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number. You will be able to track your package in real time and, if needed, manage your delivery directly on the DHL platform (change the date, update the address, or choose a pickup location).
Since all delivery information will be sent by email, it is important for the customer to make the necessary adjustments if they cannot be present. DHL may sometimes leave the package at the delivery address if they deem the location safe.
For apartment buildings or condominiums, delivery is made at the base of the building or at the location designated by the building administration for receiving packages, such as a package room, reception, or with a concierge.
Because tracking and management options are accessible to the customer, STORESRABAIS cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
3. Free delivery across Canada
We deliver our products across Canada through our trusted shipping partner DHL, as well as through certain local carriers for remote regions.
4. Deliveries to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States may incur additional charges, including customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by U.S. authorities or the carrier. These fees, when applicable, are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for more information.
5. Tracking and Support
If your order has not been received after the estimated timeframe, please email us at info@storesrabais.com and we will check the situation quickly.
If delivery proves impossible in your area, we will inform you by email and issue a full refund for your order.
