That’s why we provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all custom blinds and custom curtains purchased online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that all requests must be approved by STORESRABAIS before being processed.

If the satisfaction guarantee is approved by STORESRABAIS, the customer must return the item to our warehouse at their own expense and may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value. If the customer chooses a product of higher value, the price difference will be charged to the customer.

We are committed to offering you the best prices on the market for your custom window coverings. If you find an equivalent product at a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price. This is our promise to provide our customers with quality products at the best possible price.

3. Measurement Guarantee

At STORESRABAIS, all our products are custom-made according to each customer’s unique specifications. Therefore, it is essential that the buyer ensures the accuracy of the measurements provided at the time of ordering. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements for measurement errors.

However, we are here to support you! If you have any questions or doubts regarding measurement taking, please do not hesitate to contact us. If, despite everything, you receive a product that does not match the measurements you ordered, please contact us at info@storesrabais.com. We will correct the error and replace the affected products free of charge.

Please Note: The following situations are not covered by our warranty

5. Protection of the fabric against heat

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their curtains are installed at a safe distance from any heat source, including but not limited to: radiators, electric baseboards, heaters, fan heaters, or any appliances that produce direct heat.

For optimal protection, we recommend using curtain holdbacks or brackets available in hardware stores to keep the fabric away from heat sources and reduce the risk of damage or fire.

Stores Rabais cannot be held responsible for deterioration, discoloration, or risks related to heat exposure when safety measures have not been followed.

6. Warranty Conditions

To benefit from our warranty, it is important to keep and provide proof of purchase. Please also note that the warranty is non-transferable to another owner.
