At STORESRABAIS, we aim to provide all our customers with a simple, transparent, and enjoyable shopping experience. To ensure clear and seamless service, we invite you to review our terms and conditions of sale below.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Product

Quality is an integral part of our promise. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@storesrabais.com within 15 days of receipt. We will ship a replacement part or a new item at no additional cost.

Upon receiving your order, please ensure that all products have been delivered. If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 15 days of receipt.

For a return to be considered valid, the original delivery boxes must be kept. Please note that installation or uninstallation costs are not covered.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo or video proof of the damage

2. Production and Delivery Times

At STORESRABAIS, we are proud to offer fully custom-made window covering products. Each item is specially crafted for you, using high-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail.

Estimated Production and Delivery Times

  • Custom Blinds: 4 to 5 weeks
  • Custom Curtains: 6 to 8 weeks

These timelines include the personalized manufacturing of your products as well as shipping time.

Please note that these timelines are estimates based on our usual production times. While we make every effort to meet them, delays may occur—especially during peak periods—and STORESRABAIS cannot be held responsible for delays exceeding the estimated timeframes.

3. Delivery and Package Handling

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number. You will be able to track your package in real time and, if needed, manage your delivery directly on DHL’s platform (change the delivery date, address, or choose a pickup location).

Since all delivery information will be sent to you by email, it is important to make any necessary adjustments if you will not be available. DHL may sometimes leave the package at the delivery address if they consider the location secure.

For apartment buildings or condominiums, delivery is made to the building entrance or to the location designated by the building administration for receiving packages, such as a parcel room, reception desk, or with a concierge.

Given that tracking and management options are available to you, STORESRABAIS cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

4. Measuring Instructions

At STORESRABAIS, all our products are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer. It is therefore essential that the measurements you provide are accurate, as no refunds or replacements can be offered in case of a measurement error.

If you have any questions about measuring, our team is here to help, and you can also consult our How to Measure section for detailed instructions.

However, if the product you receive does not match the measurements you ordered, please contact us at info@storesrabais.com. We will correct the error and replace the items at no additional cost.

5. Product Installation

At STORESRABAIS, we are committed to offering you the best prices on the market for your online purchases. Installation is not included, but rest assured: our products are specifically designed to be installed easily, quickly, and without the help of a professional. Thanks to intuitive systems and clear instructions, you can enjoy your new window treatments with complete ease—while saving a significant amount of money.

6. Order Modification or Cancellation

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, simply contact us within 24 hours of your purchase, and we will be happy to assist you with your request. After this time, the order will already be in production.

7. Price Adjustment

We do not offer price adjustments on orders that have already been placed.
Promotions and promotional codes are not retroactive and cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the promotional period.

When placing an order by phone, it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information regarding the dimensions and product specifications. Upon confirming your order, we strongly encourage you to carefully verify all measurements and product selections. If this information is not validated at the time of order confirmation, the satisfaction guarantee cannot be applied.

9. In-Home Consultations

At STORESRABAIS, we offer a free in-home consultation service, available in certain areas of Quebec, allowing you to benefit from the same competitive prices as our online customers.

However, for after-sales service requests, we require customers to collaborate by providing the necessary information so that we can process the request appropriately. Our consultants are not required to travel again after the sale for after-sales service. Rest assured: your request will be handled quickly and efficiently with your cooperation.

Please note that installation or uninstallation costs related to a replacement product cannot be covered by Stores Rabais. However, our installation procedures and systems have been designed to be very simple and accessible, allowing the customer to install or replace a product easily and without the help of a professional.

10. Heat Protection

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their curtains are installed at a safe distance from any heat source, including but not limited to: radiators, baseboard heaters, furnaces, space heaters, or any devices that produce direct heat.

For optimal protection, we recommend using curtain holdbacks or brackets available at hardware stores to keep the fabric away from heat sources and reduce any risk of damage or fire.

STORESRABAIS cannot be held responsible for damage, discoloration, or risks related to heat exposure when safety measures have not been followed.

11. Child Safety

The safety of your children is a top priority. That is why we have implemented solutions specifically designed for family environments. Our chain-free mechanisms eliminate any risk of injury or strangulation, ensuring a safe environment for your little ones.

It is essential to carefully follow the installation instructions to ensure proper and secure installation, particularly for child safety.
