DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Quality is one of our core values. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@storesrabais.com within 15 days of receipt. We’ll gladly send a replacement piece or product at no additional cost.

Please keep the original shipping boxes for any valid return.
Note that installation or removal fees are not covered.

In your message, please include:

  • Description of the issue
  • Original invoice
  • Photo or video proof of the damage

MEASUREMENTS AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All our products are made to order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the measurements provided. We cannot refund or replace items if measurements were submitted incorrectly.
