To meet your highest expectations, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our products. In addition, manual mechanisms and hardware are covered by a lifetime warranty on all our products. Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. It is possible that your order will be shipped in multiple packages. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

The Premium line is our high-end collection. We offer an extended warranty on these products (5 years). In addition, the mechanisms and fabrics are of superior quality. The cassette in this line is wider, which provides more height options for large windows. You can also choose the option of two fabrics on the same cassette with this collection.

The Stores Rabais line, on the other hand, is a more economical collection. It offers a 2-year warranty on the product. The cassette design is also different from the Premium line. However, both collections offer excellent quality and are available to meet a wide range of projects and needs.

In our Ripplefold collection, the price includes the track, the custom curtain, as well as the hardware required for a simple and quick installation.

In our Euro Pleat, French Pleat, and Grommet styles, you will have the option to choose with or without a track. The price will be displayed according to the options you select.

All our blinds and curtains come with the option of Wi-Fi battery motorization. Simply select the motorization option and then add the Hub. Since we only offer custom-made products, you will have 24 hours after placing your order to make any modifications.
