INSTALLATION INSIDE THE FRAME

STEP 1: MEASURE THE WIDTH
Take three width measurements at different points inside the frame. Use the narrowest measurement.

STEP 2: MEASURE THE HEIGHT
Take three height measurements at different points inside the frame. Use the longest measurement.

STEP 3: ORDER
Use the exact measurements to order your custom blinds. No deductions are necessary; we will take care of them for you.

NOTE:
FULL RECESS:
Discount Blinds Range: 2 1/2 inches depth
Premium Range: 3 1/4 inches depth

*Make sure to consider door handles or locks that may be in the way of your blind.

INSTALLATION OUTSIDE THE FRAME

STEP 1: MEASURE THE WIDTH AND HEIGHT
Measure the width and height outside the frame. Simply measure the desired width and height—no deductions will be made.
Please note that the selected width will be the width of the cassette, not the fabric. Therefore, if you want the fabric to fully cover the window, it is recommended to add a few extra inches to the width measurement.

STEP 2: ORDER
Order custom blinds using these exact dimensions. Make sure to choose the type of blinds and features you want.
Please note that the selected height will be the final height. Therefore, if you want the fabric to fully cover the window, it is recommended to add a few extra inches to the height measurement.

NOTE:
Make sure to consider moldings, door handles, or locks that may be in the way of your blind.
If you plan to install the blinds above the window frame, be sure to add at least 3 extra inches to the height to allow for the installation of the metal brackets above the frame.

MEASUREMENTS FOR PATIO DOOR

STEP 1: MEASURE THE WIDTH
Measure the total width of your patio door.
Then, you will have the option to select the desired width for each panel. A control mechanism will automatically be placed on the left for panel 1 and on the right for panel 2.
For 3-panel patio doors, if you choose the manual control option (such as a control wand), the center panel will have a manual mechanism on either the left or right side of the middle panel.

STEP 2: MEASURE THE HEIGHT
Take three height measurements at different points inside the frame. Use the longest measurement.

STEP 3: ORDER
Order custom blinds using these exact dimensions. Make sure to choose the type of blinds and features you want.

INSIDE THE FRAME
For an inside-frame installation, no deductions are necessary—we will take care of them for you.

OUTSIDE THE FRAME
If you plan to install the blinds above the window frame, be sure to add at least 3 extra inches to the height to allow for the installation of the metal brackets above the frame.

Consider door handles or locks that may be in the way of your blind.

MEASUREMENTS FOR BAY WINDOW

STEP 1: MEASURE THE WIDTHS
Offset the measurements by approximately 3 inches from the windows as shown in the diagram. Take the different width measurements while considering the diagram.

STEP 2: MEASURE THE HEIGHTS
Measure the different heights of each shade and note the longest measurement.

STEP 3: ORDER
Enter the exact width and height measurements when ordering 3 separate shades.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When you enter the width and height measurements, you will have the option to choose the desired number of panels. Then, you can simply specify the correct width for each panel.

For patio doors:

- Discount Blinds Range: Side-by-side fabric with a very discreet look (2 separate cassettes)
- Premium Range: Option to place 2 fabrics on the same cassette


Inside Frame Installation: Do not make any deductions—we will do it for you! We will deduct approximately 1/4 inch from the width.

Outside Frame Installation: The indicated width will be the width of the cassette, not the fabric. If you want the fabric to fully cover the window, it is recommended to add a few inches to the width measurement. We will not make any deductions.

MATCHING FABRIC CASSETTE

This high-quality aluminum cassette is fully covered with the same fabric as the selected shade. The front of the fabric-covered cassette will reveal a thin aluminum outline.

BLACK SQUARE CASSETTE

Simply dust them gently using a vacuum cleaner with a long-bristle brush or lightly wipe the shades with a well-wrung damp cloth.
